• Design and deliver process guides, training and one-to-one coaching to enable leaders to manage difficult issues, such as disciplinaries and grievances, fairly and reasonably
  • Design of templates, process guides and provision of coaching to ensure effective organisational change, compliant with the law, whilst keeping employees supported and motivated
  • Directly manage or provide one-to-one coaching to managers for effectively managing dispute resolution
  • Act as a neutral party to effectively deal with discrimination and harassment issues which can be complex, time consuming and extremely damaging to an organisation and employee relationships
  • Identify and design appropriate and effective Performance Management programmes that will link directly with your company vision and goals
