Job Evaluation and Salary Benchmarking

  • Provide guidance to organisations to prepare job descriptions that fully describe the scope of role, levels of authority, autonomy and decision making responsibilities
  • Evaluate and benchmark roles against comparable jobs in the relevant sectors which can include voluntary, Public and Private Sectors
  • Analyse up to date market salary survey data to evaluate where current compensation packages sit in relation to market, competitors, source of recruitment etc
  • Using analysed and appropriate market compensation data develop salary ranges and recommendations for comparable benefits
  • Develop a full and detailed Job Benchmarking and Remuneration report for presentation to the organisation
  • Develop a full and detailed Job Benchmarking and Remuneration report for presentation to the organisation
  • Assist the organisation in developing a strategy to enable a positioning of remuneration packages, develop pay and reward strategies that support organisation growth in attracting and retaining future employees and implement clear succession and career pans to support career progression based on performance
