Design and Implementation of Training & Competency (T&C) schemes for organisations regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA):
  • In-depth analysis of existing policies and processes that either support or potentially form part of the overall scheme requirements
  • Designing complimentary processes and/or process steps to achieve an overall scheme that complies with the FSA requirements and fits with the company performance management philosophy, culture and existing policies and processes
  • Design and deliver ongoing training and coaching to ensure that employees fully understand the process and effectively and accurately use it to maintain competence and are able to identify and close gaps and rectify issues as they arise
  • Ensure that your T&C process is monitored and that documentation is effectively audited, specifically when an internal audit or a visit from the FSA takes place
  • Following an audit providing input or working on actions to ensure that any gaps identified are effectively closed as quickly as possible
